Fatmir Bardhoci (Master Mir) has dedicated his whole life to sports, to the education of young generations and the representation of Albania in the international arena as an Athlete, National Trainer, International Referee, and as the President of 3 different Martial Arts Federations.
He holds the Blackbelt Master's Degree 5th Dan for the Olympic sport of Taekwondo.

- Co-founder of the Albanian Taekwondo Federation (1995), served as National Trainer & President (2010–2015)
- Founder of the Albanian Kick/Thaiboxing Federation
- Bronze Medal — World Martial Arts Championship for Modern Self-Defense Techniques among Masters
- Led Albanian & Kosovo team to first-ever Kick-Boxing World Championship (2010) — 6 Medals (1 Gold, 5 Bronze)

Master Mir is the Founder and President of the most successful Martial Arts Association in Albania. "Bijte e Shqipes" has achieved extraordinary success in national and international championships across Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and MUNDIJE (Pelasgian Art of Fighting).
European Championship Success
Master Mir with Amanta Kosova, who achieved 2nd place in the European Taekwondo Championship, winning against world gold medalists — a testament to the world-class training methodology.

Professional Technical Seminars
Master Mir holds professional technical seminars all over the world. For more than 15 years, he offers free seminars and training for groups of people with limited abilities, for social associations against women violence, as well as for the families of police officers killed in the line of duty.
